The Immortals

The Immortals
By Kenneth Marcus Lipman

“This is my story, the tale of a woman who is 3900 years old. Our band of immortals have kept our existence secret for centuries, always working behind the scenes to keep humanity on track. But because we are facing our most critical moment, I must break my silence to share with you how I achieved the state that defies death, and what that means to each of us and to our own planet’s destiny.”

“Where a young woman’s journey reveals the true purpose of her band of immortals.”

About the Book

Most people think immortals are just myths, quiet observers who shape history from the sidelines, but one of them has decided to share her story.

Her name is Cassandra. Once, she was a curious girl in ancient Athens who dared to step beyond her familiar world. Drawn by an unexplainable spark, she set sail into the unknown, chasing bits of forgotten truths carried by desert winds and ocean waves.

What she discovered wasn't only a way to escape death but a path to embrace life.

Her adventure takes her through temples and storms, love and loss, awe and silence. It’s a story about dedication, letting go of what doesn’t serve you, and becoming something big enough to hold eternity.

The Immortals isn’t just a story; it’s a call to remember what’s always been inside you.

To read The Immortals is to become transported into the world of ancient Athens where you accompany Cassandra, a gifted young spiritual seeker, on a caravan from the Phoenician Port city of Tyre to Babylon. This is the era in which Pythagoras lived and you will learn, along with her, the spiritual truths of the greatest minds—all the while immersed in the exotic sights, sounds and aromas of the day. The reader will also be delighted by the book’s magical dimension, such as a stairwell that is, “lit up by glowing fungi…light-giving beings” that feed on the positive intentions of those traversing them. The Immortals is a page-turner like no other and like Cassandra, the reader will emerge from the experience transformed.

I didn’t feel like I was reading a novel. I felt like I was remembering something I had forgotten long ago. The story touched a place inside me that has always known we live more than one life.

Cassandra’s search could have been my own. The way she questions the world, the way she is drawn to hidden teachers… it felt so familiar. I kept stopping just to breathe and let it sink in.

This book weaves together myths and memories from so many traditions, but it never felt forced. The book itself became a reflection and a mentor for me.

I’ve read a lot of spiritual books, but this one spoke in a different way. It’s not trying to preach. It’s a story, but also a mirror. I felt guided as I turned each page.

There were passages where I had to put the book down because the words stirred something in me. It feels less like fiction, more like a transmission.
